Stylized Eye Material (5.0 – 5.6) for Unreal Engine

This stylized eye material combines many different styles into a single template material with a variety of customizable and animatable features. It supports humanoid and animal characters and even comes with a custom settings for cat shaped pupils. Using a refraction and depth function the eyes give the appearance of a 3D interior without requiring any special mesh setup or additional polygons.

You are able to freely choose your approach between procedural and fully texture based. The procedural approach is highly configurable directly inside the Unreal Editor, while the texture based approach is quick to set up and has optimal performance. It gives you the freedom to use any custom textures and supports a wide variety of formats. The newest version of the material is fully compatible with the Stylized Eye Texture Generator and includes a few samples to show of the different configuration possibilities.
