Sam Hurd – Sora generated wedding video from a dozen still images // video tutorial

I, like many, have been curious where the convergence of photo + video might lead us. With the steady improvement of camera gear, eventually it’ll be standard to shoot 24+ fps raw footage, where you could theoretically tease out still images from the video clips.  But playing around with access to Sora this morning, I fed a dozen or so of my still images through it, and this is what I got. Audio is captured from their ceremony. Plenty of weird artifacts if you look too closely at any one clip, but give it another few years and… I could see this being the direction things shift, eventually.
