Three people died after an Asiana Airlines flight from Seoul, Korea, crashed at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) on July 6, 2013. The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that the crash was most likely caused by the actions of the flight crew in which the three teenage girls died. Two people were on the plane and the other was accidentally run over by a fire engine. The human factor is often the cause of accidents.
